Uti to feature in YEFON: a Hollywood flick

Big brother Africa winner and Jara Co-Host Uti Nwachukwu who is also a model and actor is set to release a movie in Hollywood.

YEFON is the perfect mix of a strong story, controversial issues, and a powerful message. Its all about an African woman who defies the traditions of her village by learning to read and be educated, only to face a death sentence as a result.

Education for women has been a problem that has plagued women in most rural parts of Africa, Asia and the Middle East for the past decades. These women face the challenge of being refused an education on the basis of being a woman and YEFON, the movie tells their story.
