Lagos State's 3rd mainland bridge to be shut down today

The 3rd mainland bridge will be shut down completely today to allow the contractors to do the concrete casting of the expansion joints currently undergoing repair works on the Oworonshoki section.

The Lagos State Government had explained that the concrete casting and drying process requires zero vibration and that is why the bridge is being shut down from 6 a.m to 12 midnight.

Motorists are advised to ply alternative routes.
