In the adorable shot, the soccer star, 26, plants a sweet kiss on little Milan's forehead. Last week, Gerard showed off his son's early sense of style in a WhoSay picture showcasing Milan's tiny Nikes.
In a statement on her website, the Voice coach, 36, revealed her son's name "means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification."
