Kim stepped out on Sept. 4 with platinum blonde locks. The new mom shocked everyone when she was spotted sporting blonde hair, while running errands with her daughter North West and there are rumours that Kanye West could be behind Kim’s drastic beauty decision!

Kim looks gorgeous with her new hair but it turns out Kim had been thinking about taking the blonde plunge and Kanye urged her to go for it. This is according to a source who is quoted below.

“Kanye didn’t force her too,” the source says. “She was thinking of doing a few different things with her style peeps but he told her she’d look ‘perfect’ with that color. He suggested it and then next thing you know, boom, it was blonde. Everybody liked it.”

Anyway this new look isn’t something that Kim just thought up over night. Even as far back as Mar. 25, 2013, Kim tweeted that she was missing being a blonde. She went blonde for the first time in 2009 at the Teen Choice Awards, and then again in August of 2012.
