VIDEO: DNA Result of the Paternity of Kourtney Kardashian's Son, Mason

Kourtney Kardashian's paternity nightmare is over. The reality star and mom to Mason, 3, and Penelope, 13 months, is once and for all putting an end to speculation about her son's genetic line, telling Us Weekly in a statement she can prove that her boyfriend of seven years, Scott Disick, is definitely Mason's dad.

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," Kourtney said on Thursday, Aug. 15. "While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies -- especially when the truth was never in doubt -- this story must be put to rest."

The story, according to TMZ, first came to light when male model Michael Girgenti filed legal documents claiming that he was the biological father of Kourtney's son. Girgenti claimed he had unprotected sex with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star in 2009, after meeting her at a photo shoot in 2008.

KERRY WASHINGTON's life-threatening health problem

Pregnant “Scandal” star KERRY WASHINGTON is harboring a life-threatening health problem – and she’s terrified it could endanger her unborn baby, a source says.

The 36-year-old beauty, who plays Capitol Hill scandal “fixer” Olive Pope on the hit ABC political thriller, lives in constant fear of her severe food allergies.

In a desperate attempt to avoid allergy attacks, she maintains a highly restrictive diet. She also never leaves home without an EpiPen, which is a syringe of epinephrine used to reverse sudden, possibly fatal, allergic reactions.

Her condition has cast a pall over what should be a joyous time as the star and her new husband, pro football player Nnamdi Asomugha, look forward to their first child.

“Kerry is petrified she’ll die after having a severe allergic reaction to a particular food,” disclosed an insider. “It’s a big, dark cloud hanging over her life. She knows that allergy symptoms can increase during pregnancy, so she’s being hypervigilant. She won’t eat at restaurants now and sticks to a bland diet.”
