Two children , Abiba 5-year-old and Lukeman 3-year-old on Saturday at about 9 p.m died tragically from fire as a result of a burning candle which ignited the mattress they were sleeping on while their mother who lit the candle was outside the room following a power outage in the area.
The incident was said to have happened at No 1, Anulowapo Street, Orilowo Bus Stop, Ejigbo. Below is how PM News reports the story.....
"Valuable items in the room were also burnt before the fire was prevented from spreading to other rooms.
